Naazo Trading – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it under the conditions below.

General Returns

  • Returns are accepted for two reasons:

    1. Customer decision (change of mind).

    2. Faulty or defective products.

  • Returns must be logged within 30 calendar days of receiving delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • A collection fee of R69 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are processed only for the amount paid for the item, not the full retail value.

  • All returns must be logged and processed through the Naazo Trading website. Returns cannot be done directly with our partner brands or retailers.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Underwear bottoms

  • Earrings

  • Fragrances

  • Cosmetics

We do accept returns on:

  • Lingerie tops

  • Swimwear (tops & bottoms)

  • Watches

  • Sunglasses

  • Jewellery (excluding earrings)

Return Conditions

  • Returns not in original condition will not be accepted.

  • If a return is not delivered back to us within 7 days after providing a tracking number, we may close the return request.

  • Packaging may sometimes be slightly damaged due to end-of-range, marked-down, or surplus inventory. Packaging cannot be replaced, but you may log a return if unsatisfied (collection fee still applies).

Refunds

  • No refunds are issued for delivery fees.

  • Refunds are processed in the same payment method used for purchase, unless you select store credit when logging your return.

  • Once a refund has been processed, the refund method cannot be changed (store credit cannot be exchanged for cash).

Incorrect or Missing Deliveries

If an order is marked as “Delivered” but not received, you must raise a query with us within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims outside this window will not be considered.
