Naazo Trading – Delivery / Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your order to the delivery address you provide during checkout.
Delivery Times

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible.

Delivery to main areas: 1–5 working days.

Delivery to outlying / remote areas: up to 5-7 working days. Some remote locations are only serviced on certain days.
- Delivery to pick up points are to be made every Tuesday and Thursday of the week and notification will be sent to the customer for collection.
- The contact number used for purchase of the order will be used for authentication.

Delivery times are estimated from the time we receive payment for your order.
If you have not received your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us at Reenica@naazotrading.online. We will investigate with our courier partner to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
⚠️ Please note: courier partners allow a 30-day investigation period for delivered orders.
Delays & Liability
We will notify you if we anticipate a delay, but we cannot be held liable for losses, costs, or damages resulting from late delivery.
On delivery, you may be required to sign. Please inspect your order for obvious faults or damage before signing. Keep your delivery receipt in case you need to discuss your order with us.
If delivery is not possible to your location, we will contact you and arrange either cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative address.
Parcels Lost in Transit

Once dispatched, your parcel is under the responsibility of the courier.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 7 working days from dispatch.

If confirmed lost, we will offer:

A replacement of the same item (if available), OR
-
A replacement of equivalent value, OR
-
A full refund, including shipping fees.

Risk & Ownership
Risk and ownership pass to you once the product is delivered. If you are not available at the agreed delivery time or address, ownership and risk still pass to you, and Naazo Trading will not be liable for loss or damage thereafter.
Damage caused when opening parcels (e.g. with sharp objects) is the customer’s responsibility.
If delivery fails due to your unavailability, a re-delivery or collection fee may apply. If we refund your order due to failed delivery, the delivery fee will be deducted.
Naazo Trading reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage before you take delivery.
