Terms of service
Naazo Trading – Order Cancellations & Payment Refusals
Naazo Trading reserves the right to refuse to accept or process payment on any order, and/or to cancel any sale concluded between you and Naazo Trading, in whole or in part, if the product is not available for any reason.
If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment you have made. Naazo Trading accepts no liability for any losses that may arise as a result of such refusal or cancellation.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method you originally used. Please note that refunds will only cover the amount you paid to Naazo Trading for the product or order (excluding delivery fees where applicable).
If fraudulent activity is suspected, Naazo Trading reserves the right to withhold the refund and instead report the matter to the police and the relevant banking authority immediately.

Cart Reservations

Goods are reserved for 10 (ten) minutes once they have been added to your cart.

After the 10 minutes have lapsed, goods may be removed from your cart or reserved for other customers.

Placing goods in your cart without completing the purchase does not constitute an order.

Goods in the cart may be removed if stock is no longer available or if pricing changes without notice.

Naazo Trading cannot be held liable if goods are no longer available or available at a different price when you attempt to complete checkout at a later stage.
Sale Agreement

Naazo Trading indicates acceptance of your order by delivering the goods to you. Only at this point will a binding agreement of sale come into effect (the “sale”).

This applies regardless of any prior communication (including order or payment confirmations).

If your order cannot be fulfilled, Naazo Trading will contact you, cancel the order, and refund you as soon as possible.
Stock Availability & Pricing

Stock is limited, and pricing may change at any time without notice.

Naazo Trading will make all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and remove unavailable items from the website.

However, we cannot guarantee availability. If stock is unavailable after an order has been placed, you will be notified and refunded for the unavailable goods.
- Naazo Trading does not own any of the designs sold unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Fulfilment

Naazo Trading’s obligation to deliver is fulfilled when the product is delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Sizing Notice

For your convenience, all clothing stock on our site is displayed in UK/SA sizing unless otherwise indicated.
